Founded in 2025, JobsManager was born from a simple observation: finding the right job or the perfect candidate in Zimbabwe was too complicated. We saw talented professionals struggling to connect with great employers, and companies spending weeks trying to fill positions.
Our founder, recognizing this gap, created a platform that would make job searching and hiring simple, efficient, and accessible to everyone. What started as a small idea has grown into Zimbabwe's fastest-growing employment platform, serving thousands of job seekers and hundreds of employers.
